Students who have carried out off-campus activities that meet the requirements can apply for recognition for the appropriate course.

The procedure of recognition for off-campus activities is as follows:

1. Students fill out the form and upload the required documents via the link: uns.id/FormulirRekognisiPBio

2. The study program recognition team will check the suitability of the activities that have been carried out for recognition (this process generally takes 1-2 weeks)

3. Students will receive notification of recognition results via email.

4. Activities that are declared worthy of recognition will be recorded in the course grade via SIAKAD UNS. However, if the activity is declared not to meet the requirements, the activity that has been carried out can be reported to SipSmart UNS to be recorded in the Diploma Supplement.
