The Bachelor of Biology Education Study Program (BBESP) implements internships for students. This internship activity supports the Independent Learning (program from Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture) policy and provides opportunities for students to study off-campus. In the study plan Internship activities at BBESP are held in semester 7. There are 2 types of internships that students can take, namely Research Internships and Entrepreneurial Internships.
The scope of the Research Internship and Entrepreneurial Internship in the field of Biology Education is in accordance with the interests and competencies of BBESP students. The competencies to be achieved by Biology Education undergraduate students are based on the Biology Education Graduates’ Learning Achievement Standards, namely Mastering basic science concepts and scientific procedures to find, and analyze problems/phenomena in the field of science with a science and technology approach, carried out carefully, critically, and systematically so that they can respect the creation of the Almighty God and preserve it.
